I am a Registered Social Worker and provide individual psychotherapy to adults who are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety, anger and irritability, low self esteem, and are having difficulties with assertiveness. My clients may also be struggling with a lack of clarity or sense of meaning and purpose in their lives, or going through adjustment issues due to major life changes. These transitions may include cohabitating with a partner, becoming a parent, caring for elderly parents, “empty nest”, separation and divorce, or struggling with acceptance of the aging process and their own mortality. They may be experiencing grief and loss due to death of a loved one, or perhaps due to the end of a relationship or friendship. My clients may also be people who are questioning their use of alcohol and cannabis and are contemplating change. I also offer a non-judgmental space for people who want to discuss their experiences with psychedelics and are seeking support on how they may integrate what has been brought to their attention. Please note that I do not provide psychedelic substances or trip sitting, but I can share my knowledge of harm reduction.
I am presently offering therapy sessions virtually, and am available for in-person sessions in downtown Toronto (Sherbourne and Adelaide) on Mondays and some early evenings during the week.
My hourly rate is $180.00
I accept payment by credit card, e-transfer, PayPal, and cash.
My Services are covered and reimbursed by several employee benefits insurance plans.
I am a registered provider with the Indigenous Services Canada Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program.
I look forward to working together with you on your goals.
